Exhibition CRM
The exhibition CRM that fills itself from floor plans and exhibitor lists
A normal CRM knows companies and deals. An exhibition CRM also knows the shows: who exhibits where, at which booth, and what happened at each event. ExhibitionBase builds that for you by pulling exhibitors straight from floor plans and exhibitor lists, then tracks every contact, meeting and deal per show.

In short
An exhibition CRM (also called a trade show CRM) is a customer relationship manager organised around events. Alongside companies, contacts and deals, it stores each exhibition, the exhibitors at it with booth and hall, and your outreach status per show. ExhibitionBase is an exhibition CRM that fills itself using AI exhibitor list and floor plan extraction.
Exhibition CRM
What you get.
Built around shows
Every exhibition is a record with dates, venue, organiser and how you take part: exhibiting, visiting or monitoring.
Fills itself
Add a show's exhibitors in minutes from its floor plan or exhibitor list instead of typing them in.
Outreach status per show
Track each exhibitor from identified to contacted, engaged and customer, separately for every show it attends.
Contacts with context
Every person is linked to their company and to the shows and booths where you can meet them.
Activities, tasks and deals
Log calls, emails and meetings, set follow-ups and move deals through a pipeline tied to the show they came from.
One workspace for the team
Invite colleagues, split the exhibitor list and see who contacted whom, with nothing shared outside your workspace.

FAQ
Common questions
01What is the difference between an exhibition CRM and a normal CRM?
A general CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot is organised around companies and deals. An exhibition CRM adds the events: which shows a company exhibits at, its booth and hall each time, and your outreach status per show. That makes pre-show prospecting and post-show follow-up much easier to run and to measure.
02Can I use it alongside Salesforce or HubSpot?
Yes. Many teams run their shows in ExhibitionBase and export exhibitors and contacts as CSV into their main CRM. CSV export is included on Pro and above.
03Is it only for companies that exhibit?
No. Teams that visit shows to prospect, stand builders and agencies that sell to exhibitors, and exhibition organisers all use it. Each exhibition is marked as exhibiting, visiting or monitoring.
04Does it work on my phone at the show?
Yes. The app is fully mobile friendly, so you can log meetings and update statuses on the show floor.
05Which plans include the deal pipeline?
Exhibitions, exhibitors, contacts, tasks and the activity timeline are on every plan, including free Starter. The deal pipeline is included in Pro, Business and Enterprise.
06Is there a free plan?
Yes. Starter is free forever for one user, with 3 active exhibitions, 250 contacts and 45 credits a month. No card is needed. Pro ($49/month) and Business add more credits, contacts and seats, and can be cancelled any time.
