Everything links together, so a contact always knows which shows their company exhibits at.

A CRM organised around trade shows, also called a trade show CRM. As well as companies, contacts and deals, it keeps each exhibition, the exhibitors at it with booth and hall, and your outreach status per show. ExhibitionBase is an exhibition CRM that fills itself: it pulls each show's exhibitors from the floor plan or exhibitor list for you.

Upload a show's floorplan as a PDF or image, or paste a link to its interactive map or exhibitor directory. The engine reads every booth, company name, hall and stand size, cross-checks names against the exhibitor list, and scores each row. You review anything uncertain before it's saved. Each extraction uses 20 credits from your plan's monthly credits.

Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive share links work too. Lists behind a login can't be read.

The contact finder uses our B2B contact database. We match each exhibitor to its company profile and list relevant decision-makers; saving them is free. Revealing a verified email uses 2 credits and a phone number 8, from your plan's monthly credits.

Yes. On Pro and above you can import a CSV of exhibitors straight into an exhibition — company, hall, booth, size and a contact per row. Columns are matched automatically and duplicates are merged with existing companies.

Yes. Starter is free forever for one user, with up to 3 active exhibitions and 250 contacts, and no card is needed. Upgrade to Pro or Business whenever you need more; paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and you can cancel any time.

Any time, from Billing inside the app. Upgrades apply immediately; if you downgrade, your data stays put and only the plan limits change.

No. Invite anyone for free: the workspace's plan covers everyone in it. Each plan includes seats (3 on Pro, 10 on Business), and on Pro and Business you can add more for $15 a month each ($12 billed yearly), with 250 extra credits a month per seat.

Every workspace is isolated, so only people you invite can see its data. Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth, uploaded floorplans are kept in private storage, and nothing is shared with other customers. On Pro and above you can export your exhibitors and contacts as CSV at any time, and deleting your account removes your data.
