Do I need a Map Your Show account?

No. ExhibitionBase reads the public exhibitor directory that the show publishes for visitors.

Does it work with Map Your Show floor plans too?

Yes. Paste the link to either the Map Your Show exhibitor list or its floor plan; booth assignments are read from the show's published data.

How much does an extraction cost?

Each extraction uses 20 credits from your plan's monthly credits. The free Starter plan includes 45 credits a month and Pro includes 1,000, so you can try it without paying.

Can I export the results to Excel?

Yes. On Pro and above you can export an exhibition's exhibitors, booths and contacts as CSV, which opens directly in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers.
