These terms govern your use of ExhibitionBase, provided by ExhibitionBase (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity in your workspace. Workspace owners and admins control who has access.
2. Plans and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record.
- The Starter plan is free with no time limit. Paid plans start when payment is taken; there are no free trials.
- Plan limits (exhibitions, contacts, seats and monthly credits) apply per workspace. Credits are spent on AI extractions, AI agent messages and contact reveals, reset on the first day of each month and don't roll over.
- You can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use ExhibitionBase to break the law, send unsolicited bulk email in breach of anti-spam rules, infringe others' rights, attempt to access other workspaces, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without our written permission.
4. Your data
You own the data you add. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to store and contact the people in your workspace, including contacts found through third-party data sources.
5. AI extraction and third-party data
Extraction results are generated automatically from documents and web pages you provide and may contain errors — review them before relying on them. Contact data is supplied by third-party providers and is offered “as is”. Only submit sources you're allowed to process.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep ExhibitionBase available and secure but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features; we'll give notice of material changes to these terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination
You can delete your account from Settings at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You can export your data (on plans that include export) before leaving.
