AI floor plan extraction
Turn any trade show floor plan into an exhibitor list
Upload the hall plan as a PDF or image. ExhibitionBase's AI reads every stand on the plan (company name, booth number, hall and stand size) and gives you a clean list to review, instead of hours of copying by hand.

In short
Floor plan extraction reads an exhibition floor plan (hall plan) and turns every stand on it into a row of data. Upload the PDF or image to ExhibitionBase and AI returns each exhibitor's company name, booth number, hall and stand size with a confidence score, ready to review and export to Excel.
Floor plan extraction
What you get.
Any plan file
Multi-page PDFs, vector plans and scans, plus PNG, JPG, WebP, TIFF, GIF, SVG and AVIF images up to 25 MB.
Every stand, even the small ones
Large, dense halls are read region by region, so small stands and tiny print aren't missed.
Stand size and type
Square metres and stand type (row, corner, peninsula, island) where the plan shows them.
Confidence scores
Every row is scored and uncertain ones are flagged, so you only check what needs checking.
Names cross-checked
When the show's exhibitor list is also available, company names are cross-checked to fix misreads.
Gets better every year
It learns each show's plan format, so next year's edition of the same show is faster and more accurate.

FAQ
Common questions
01What file types can I upload?
PDF, PNG, JPG, WebP, TIFF, GIF, SVG and AVIF files up to 25 MB, or a Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive link to one. Multi-page PDFs with one hall per page work well.
02How accurate is it?
It depends on the plan. Clear vector PDFs are read very accurately. Low-resolution scans can produce uncertain rows; those are flagged so you can check them before anything is saved.
03Can it read stand sizes?
Yes, when the plan shows dimensions or areas. Sizes are captured in square metres along with the stand type where it's marked.
04What about interactive floor plans?
Paste the plan's link instead of uploading a file. Interactive plans on ExpoFP, Map Your Show, a2z, ExpoCAD and similar platforms are read from their published data.
05Can I export the results to Excel?
Yes. On Pro and above you can export an exhibition's exhibitors, booths and contacts as CSV, which opens directly in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers.
06How much does an extraction cost?
Each extraction uses 20 credits from your plan's monthly credits. The free Starter plan includes 45 credits a month and Pro includes 1,000, so you can try it without paying.
