Exhibitor list extraction

Get the full exhibitor list of any trade show from a link

Paste the show's exhibitor directory URL, or upload the list you were sent: Excel, CSV, PDF, Word, even a photo or screenshot. ExhibitionBase reads every page, pulls out each company with its booth, hall, website and country, and lets you review the results before anything is saved.

What you get.

01

Links or files

Directory pages, the big platforms (a2z, Map Your Show, ExpoPlatform), Google Sheets, or an uploaded Excel, CSV, PDF, Word file or screenshot.

02

Scans and screenshots too

Scanned PDFs and photos of printed lists are read page by page with AI vision, not skipped.

03

Booths and halls included

Where the directory shows them, booth numbers and halls are captured and matched to each company.

04

Useful company details

Websites, countries and categories come along, so every exhibitor is ready for research and outreach.

05

Review before saving

Every row gets a confidence score. Check the uncertain ones, fix names, then save the whole list in one click.

06

No duplicates

Companies already in your workspace are matched, so their booth history builds up across shows.

Download the exhibitor list as CSV for Excel or Google Sheets, or keep working on it in the app.

FAQ

Common questions

Which exhibitor directories does it work with?

Most public exhibitor lists: plain web pages, paginated and infinite-scroll directories, and show sites built on Map Your Show, a2z (Personify), ExpoCAD, ExpoPlatform, InforoMap, Messe Frankfurt, Koelnmesse, Messe Stuttgart. If a list is behind a login, it can't be read.

Can I upload an exhibitor list file instead?

Yes. Upload an Excel, CSV, PDF, Word or text file, or a photo or screenshot of the list, up to 25 MB. Column headers are recognised in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch, and scanned pages are read with AI vision.

How long does it take?

Usually a few minutes, depending on how many exhibitors and pages the directory has. You can keep working while it runs.

Can I export the results to Excel?

Yes. On Pro and above you can export an exhibition's exhibitors, booths and contacts as CSV, which opens directly in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers.

How much does an extraction cost?

Each extraction uses 20 credits from your plan's monthly credits. The free Starter plan includes 45 credits a month and Pro includes 1,000, so you can try it without paying.

Does it only use public information?

Yes. ExhibitionBase reads the same public exhibitor directory or floor plan anyone can open in a browser. It does not log in to anything or get around access controls, and nothing is saved until you review it.
