Common questions
01Is this a database I have to buy?
No. You build it from the public exhibitor lists and floor plans of the shows you choose, so it covers exactly your market and stays current. Re-run an extraction closer to the show to pick up late exhibitors.
02How are duplicates handled?
Companies are matched by name and website when you save an extraction or import a CSV, so a company that exhibits at five shows is one record with five booths.
03Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Invite teammates to one workspace for free: the plan covers them, and Pro and Business can add extra seats. Business adds admin roles, and workspaces are fully separate from each other.
04Can I export the results to Excel?
Yes. On Pro and above you can export an exhibition's exhibitors, booths and contacts as CSV, which opens directly in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers.
